These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at exhibitorsdata.com (the “Site”) and any data, datasets, services, or software provided by Exhibitors Data, a brand owned and operated by Prospect Network Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

1. Intellectual Property & Use License

The materials, software, and datasets contained on this Site are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Under this agreement, you are granted a limited, temporary, non-transferable, and revocable license to download a single copy of the purchased materials or datasets for your internal business or personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or duplicate the materials.

  • Use the materials for any unauthorized commercial purpose or public display.

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site.

  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

2. Dataset Customization, Accuracy, & Delivery

We strive to provide accurate lead generation and event data, but the nature of dynamic data means changes occur frequently.

  • Customization Timelines: Any request for customization of a purchased dataset will add a minimum of three (3) business days to the project delivery timeline. Customization will also incur an additional cost above the standard listed price, corresponding to the labor and complexity of the task.

  • Data Verification & Error Reporting: If an error or high bounce rate in a delivered dataset is reported within a 7-day period from delivery, we will promptly correct the issue, verify the data, and resend the updated dataset.

  • Bounces & Domain Limitations: Our replacement policy applies strictly to hard bounces. We do not replace email addresses resulting in soft bounces, nor do we replace generic domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com).

3. Disclaimer

All materials, data, and services on the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prospect Network Pvt Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

 

Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the data on our Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

 

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Prospect Network Pvt Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or datasets on the Site, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Site at any time without notice, but we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

 

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of downloadable datasets, our refund policy is strictly enforced as follows:

  • Filing a Claim: All refund or data-quality claims must be submitted via email to info@exhibitorsdata.com.

  • Timeframes: Valid refund claims must be sent within the first week (7 days) of purchase. Any data quality claims posted after one month (30 days) from delivery are strictly invalid and ineligible for correction or refund.

  • Processing: Eligible and approved refunds submitted within the first week will be processed within three (3) business days.

  • Exclusions: Data obtained or crawled through unauthorized bots or pre-scraped bulk datasets is strictly non-refundable.

7. Modifications to Terms of Use

Prospect Network Pvt Ltd may revise these Terms for its website at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any claim, dispute, or legal matter relating to Exhibitors Data or Prospect Network Pvt Ltd shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
